Wassail
Our wassail is very well known locally and we have even re-enacted it for the BBC as a part of their program 'Oz and Hugh Drink To Christmas' with Oz Clarke and Hugh Dennis which was first broadcast on 20th, 25th and 30th December 2009.

As well as scenes inside the Ostrich, the Isca Morrismen were also filmed dancing outside and at the end of the program Oz Clarke declared the Wassail Cider the most traditional Christmas drink in the UK and the Ostrich Inn itself a 'little gem'.

Our next Wassail will be on the evening of Saturday 7th January 2012 so come and experience it for yourself.
